Im originally from Louisiana and I have always loved popeyes.but this staff are very kind n nature

Went there on Friday night. When I finally got to the drive-thru, I told the person I had a on-line coupon from Popeye's. He told me to present it at the window and told me.to order at the window. The line was moving painstakingly slow so when I finally got to order at the window, the guy said the coupon had to be printed. I know he was incorrect because we used the same coupon a week earlier and told him that. He still refused. I had already been in line for a good 20 minutes and people were waiting behind me. At this point I asked what we could order that was similar to the coupon. He told us to pay 20 bucks for way more food than I wanted. I asked for the owners name and he told me it was"Raj" who was not there of course. I left without ordering. Popeye's should honor their coupons or state that on-line coupons must be printed. Apparently, some take them, some don't. Wont go back to this particular establishment.
